S'more Cupcakes



These S'more Cupcakes combine the classic campfire treat with moist chocolate cupcakes. They're perfect for satisfying your s'mores cravings anytime.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 350 F 175C and put cupcake liners in a muffin tin

Put graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl and mix them together well

Put a small amount of this mixture in the bottom of each cupcake liner to make the crust

Follow the directions on the box to make the chocolate cake mix with eggs, vegetable oil, and water

Almost all the way to the top of each cupcake liner, fill it with cake batter

It's done when a toothpick stuck in the middle of a cupcake comes out clean after 15 to 18 minutes of baking

As soon as you take the cupcakes out of the oven, cover each one with mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and crushed graham crackers

Put the cupcakes back in the oven and broil them for two minutes, or until the marshmallows get golden brown and a little toasty

Watch out not to burn them! The cupcakes should cool in the muffin tin for a few minutes before being moved to a wire rack to cool all the way down
