Vegan Chocolate Energy Bites
These vegan chocolate energy bites taste great and are better for you than regular chocolate treats. They give you a satisfying energy boost with oats, almond butter, and cocoa powder, and they don't have any refined sugars or animal products. They're also simple to make and great for satisfying cravings at any time of the day.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond butter, maple syrup, and cocoa powder
Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated
Form the mixture into small balls using your hands
Roll the balls in shredded coconut until coated
Place the energy bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up
