Double Chocolate and Hazelnut No-Bake Cookies



With these delectable no-bake cookies, you can indulge in the rich flavors of double chocolate and hazelnut. They are quick to make and perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings because they are made with Hershey's Spread.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Hershey's Spread with Hazelnut
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, cocoa powder, and chopped hazelnuts

In a small saucepan, warm the Hershey's Spread with Hazelnut, honey or maple syrup, milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt over low heat

Stir until the mixture is well combined and smooth

Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients in the mixing bowl

Stir until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of the cookie mixture onto the prepared baking sheet

Press gently to flatten each cookie

Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and let the cookies set for at least 1-2 hours, or until firm

Once the cookies are set, you can enjoy them immediately, or transfer them to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for longer shelf life
